Her expertise spans trading analytics, deal structuring, financial modeling, and strategic advisory for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.

Originally from the Ural Mountains in Russia and later based in Toronto, Canada and New York City, Lia is fluent in English and Russian, and conversational in French. Her international background and multilingual fluency allow her to navigate diverse markets and clientele with precision and cultural intelligence.

After leading financial consulting projects across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, Lia transitioned her focus to real estate—initially in New York City and now in Los Angeles, where she specializes in high-end residential and investment properties. Her analytical mindset, combined with a strong command of market trends, allows her to guide buyers, sellers, and investors with clarity and confidence.

In addition to luxury residential sales, Lia is actively involved in commercial real estate and structured financing. She collaborates with real estate funds, private equity groups, and private lenders to support large-scale developments and acquisition strategies nationwide.

Lia holds a BA in Finance and Marketing from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and is a Certified Staging Professional (CSP), merging financial strategy with design-forward presentation.
